1. Return Eligibility

• You received the wrong item.
• You are unsatisfied with the product, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
• Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
• Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer service team.

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 

4. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not attributable to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items
